  Describe my experience...FANTASTIC! Ellie (aka Water Diva/Doctor)always knows exactly what is needed for my pool and will research any unique situation we are having. Our pool water feels wonderful! Thanks BioGard. Family and friends remark how great the pool looks and how refreshing it is to be in it. She truly is passionate about her customers. (During the store's Grand Opening, I saw Ellie dancing while showing the cool Grizzly Mugs to someone as her favorite song played in the store. She's a doll! Another customer wanted a demo of the Napoleon Grill he was interested in. They took the grill outside and fired it up! Grill was purchased and on its way to its new home in Wisconsin. Ellie even had doggie treats for someones dog. A pet friendly store :) I'm checking out the maintenance-free andirondack chairs and SICK Viper Underground pool cue! It's mine now. LOVE LOVE LOVE this store and Ellie's expertise.
