  I had a tear in 2 cushions of a leather sofa. Alex picked it up and promised it back within the week. Then he called me 2 different times within the next 2 weeks that he had my sofa ready to deliver (both times they were other customers sofas). Finally delivered it and claimed he had to repair both sides of the sofa and showed me the 'blistered leather' that he claims he took from my sofa! I told him my sofa NEVER looked like that when he left with it and if he had to replace more than we agreed on, why didn't he call me?!!! All he could mutter in broken English was that he repaired it and it now it looks great! He had his check in hand when my husband came home and literally RAN to his van. One of the sides he claims to have repaired was scratched so I called him to come back to look at the work (he left me only 3 mins earlier) but he said he couldn't, so I doubt I'll ever see him again.

  Wanted a seat upholstered through magic hands. I personally bought the fabric. Magic hands said it would take them two weeks. I own a business my self. So I understand that sometimes it gets busy. So when they didn't call me in two weeks, I still gave them in extra week. But now it has been around three months. In the mean time I've called and even showed up to there location. They have been giving me the run around. First excuse was that it wasn't in that location and to come back in a hour. Went back and location was closed. I've made countless of calls. I finally said I didn't care if it was finished or not. That I wanted my seat back. I found out after three months that the seat hasn't been touched. To own a business and to treat a customer like this, very unprofessional.

  I have been there once and the owner gave me one price for a furniture. Came back months later, the doubled the price. We came to an agreement and I gave 60% deposit. He promised to start on my project and never started with lame excuses for over three months. The staff may be nice, but the owner is not truthful at all. Besides that, the place is not organized or clean.
